Student mobility is realized on the basis of agreements between higher education institutions, or on the basis of interstate agreements, available exchange programs and study opportunities at higher education institutions abroad, and ultimately, on the basis of the student’s choice. Students of the College of Sports and Health can participate in the mobility programs during the studies, but the total duration of the mobility period at the same level of study cannot be longer than a half of the total duration of the study program to which the student is enrolled.Student retains the status of a student. The student is on exchange / professional practice at the receivinginstitution. During the period of mobility, the student does not interrupt their studies, nor do theyfreeze their status at the school, as it is assumed that the student has achieved their academic obligations at the receiving institution (unless this issue is regulated differently, the student should be informed in a timely manner).During the mobility period, the student continues to pay a fixed tuition fee to the College on a regular basis, unless a different contract has been concluded with the College. At the student’s written request, the College grants them the inactive status, in accordance with their general legal act. The student who has participated in mobility is entitled to recognition from the College after submitting the transcript of their achievementsacquired from the receiving institution.

A teacher employed by the College has the right to mobility within which they will spend some time at the receiving institution. The details related to the payment of personal income, the amount of financial compensation during absence, as well as the duration of mobility will be subject to a special contract that is defined and signed depending on the delivered training / research / lecture plan. Upon returning to the College, the employees submit a report to the International Office regarding the acquired knowledge, skills and competences, professional practice program and / or performed work tasks.

During the mobility period, the College International Office regularly contacts the student / employee and collects reports regarding the stay. When necessary, the Office informs the College management of the details of the course of mobility.The International Office has an advisory role. The staff of the Office is constantly available to the student when it comes to the choice of the receiving institution, the provision of logistic support to students (in terms of travel, accommodation, visas and insurance, etc.) and the evaluation of the milestones each student applying for assistance in terms of personal and professional development achieved during the course of the mobility period.

A transcript of grades, in addition to the data pertaining to the student, must contain information on the names of the past courses, the obtained grades and the number of ECTS points achieved per course, the duration of the study program, as well as any other relevant information.A copy of the transcript should also include an explanation of the method of assessment and scoring (based on the national scoring system).The College is obliged to issue a Transcript of Grades to incoming students as evidence of accomplished academic activities, in the English language at the end of the mobility period.

The College is obliged to issue a Transcript for Mobility Applications to its students upon request.
